During the summer of 2013, we were contracted by the “Minera Panamá” (Panama Mining Company) for the load-out, temporary storage and transport of numerous heavy components, weighing up to 220 tons. As transport via road was not feasible due to the cargo’s dimensions (7.84m in diameter), we transported them on a barge from one port to the other and delivered them safely to the jobsite.
